The 4th Edition of the Nordic Africa Business Forum marks another major milestone in strengthening business, investment, and cultural partnerships between the Nordic region and Africa. Organized by Ceci Educare Oy, the 2026 edition is designed to create stronger international collaborations, encourage entrepreneurship, and promote sustainable development aligned with both Agenda 2030 and Africa’s Agenda 2063.
The forum, themed “Advancing Nordic–Africa Partnerships Towards Agenda 2030 & Agenda 2063,” brings together entrepreneurs, diplomats, investors, policymakers, innovators, academics, and cultural leaders from across Europe, Africa, and beyond. The event highlights the growing importance of Nordic–African cooperation in areas such as clean energy, technology, education, governance, trade, innovation, finance, health, agriculture, and sustainable investment.
The 4th Edition was hosted at Kannusali in partnership with the City of Espoo, creating a dynamic platform for networking, exhibitions, panel discussions, B2B meetings, and cultural exchange. For the first time, the Nordic Africa Business Forum was held as a standalone strategic business event ahead of the Prestigious Global Awards, allowing delegates and companies to focus deeply on partnerships, dialogue, and measurable business outcomes.
The event featured high-level panel discussions with experts and leaders from Finland, Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, the United States, and other countries. Discussions explored sustainable development, entrepreneurship, governance, innovation, investment opportunities, immigrant-led businesses, and Nordic–African economic cooperation. Distinguished speakers included government representatives, CEOs, entrepreneurs, legal experts, environmental specialists, investors, and development professionals.
The forum also celebrated multicultural collaboration through live artistic performances, exhibitions, cultural showcases, fashion presentations, and international networking sessions. The combination of business diplomacy and cultural exchange continues to make the Nordic Africa Business Forum one of the unique international platforms connecting Africa and the Nordic region.
Founded and initiated by Cecilia Naadensua Quarshie, the forum has steadily grown since its first edition in 2024 into an influential global platform that attracts leaders, investors, diplomats, entrepreneurs, royalty, and innovators from around the world. The initiative continues to promote inclusion, diaspora engagement, youth empowerment, international trade, and sustainable partnerships between continents.
The 4th Edition also served as a gateway to the 2026 Prestigious Global Awards, celebrating exceptional leaders, changemakers, and organizations making global impact across business, leadership, innovation, diplomacy, culture, and community development.
